With more than a decade of experience in mortgage lending and a professional background in residential construction, FaLeana brings a rare, well-rounded perspective to home financing.
She previously served as General Manager of a custom home building business and held leadership roles within the home building industry, including running the North Peninsula Building Association and serving as PR and Communications Director for the Building Industry Association of Washington. These roles provided firsthand insight into construction timelines, budgets, design decisions, regulatory considerations, and the broader forces shaping the housing market.
Today, she offices alongside an active home builder, staying closely connected to how homes are built, improved, and repaired. That perspective allows her to confidently guide clients through purchases, refinances, renovations, new construction homes, and properties that require thoughtful planning.

She is a voracious sourdough bread baker, passionate home cook, and the quiet force behind a small, invite-only supper club that brings people together around good food and meaningful conversation.
That same attention to process, patience, and care carries over into her work as a lender — whether she’s nurturing a sourdough starter or guiding a client through a mortgage decision.
